2 bulb headlamps and no cowl lamps. 1930-31. Model A without cowl lamps used a 2 bulb headlamp with a driving bulb and a parking lamp bulb in the headlamp reflector. These had 3 wires into the headlamp. High beam, low beam and park. 211A P.166
