If the threads on your manifold are in bad shape or you simply want an easier way to install the tail pipe, this is the answer! The upper ring is held to the manifold with allen headed set screws. The lower ring is slipped over the exhaust pipe and is drawn in with three allen headed bolts. Still uses the tapered flange for sealing. U.S.A.
